~ Yarrow is most popularly known for tissue repair and stopping bleeding. Magickally, it is used to stop fear and negativity and attract courage and love. Taken internally, it is said to improve psychic powers. As an herbal medicine, Yarrow improves circulation and stimulates blood flow, making it excellent for detoxifying the organs and strengthening the immune system. It has an antihistamine effect which can be helpful for allergies if taken regularly. 

~ Oregano is widely known for stimulating the immune system and its antimicrobial oils which are effective against bacteria, viruses, and fungal infections. Its diaphoretic action can lower fevers and the antioxidants minimize damage from free radicals. Because of its antiviral and antibacterial properties, Oregano is helpful in cases of cold and sinus infection. In magick and witchcraft, Oregano is used for focus and mental clarity and bringing love, health, joy, and luck. 

~ Thyme is a versatile and safe herb to consume for a number of reasons. ~ Lemon Balm was prized by the Romans, who used it to clear the mind, lift the spirits, and improve the memory. It is now popularly used to calm anxiety, tension, and agitation. It is useful for insomnia and, because of its memory-boosting properties, in dementia. Lemon Balm is a great herb to use for improving happiness and a positive outlook. Because it lifts the mood, Lemon balm can be used to help with focus and concentration, and also tiredness especially when caused by nervous exhaustion. Lemon Balm may also improve headaches, migraines, vertigo, and tinnitus. 

~ Sage has been used since ancient times to purify a space, to remove negativity, and to offer protective energies. Sage, meaning to heal, removes unwanted spirits and influences that may be present in one's environment. As an herbal medicine, it can be drunk in a tea for mouth and throat problems, such as mouth ulcers and sore throat, and to reduce the symptoms associated with menopause. It can also be used during menopause to help with difficulty sleeping and mood swings.
