Q: What type of ingredients do you use to make your products?
A: We believe in quality over quantity. We use natural ingredients and ethically sourced materials in all of our handcrafted products. Many of the items we offer are made to order and all are infused with high vibrational energy and intention.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: If you are interested in carrying some of The Witch's Guide products in your physical brick and mortar store, please complete the wholesale application. Wholesale pricing and timelines are available once your application has been reviewed.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: We welcome personalized orders and loving working with clients one-on-one. We do our best to accommodate your special order requests and will work diligently with you to handcraft items based on your needs. All custom orders are subject to availability of time and resources and every effort is made to complete your request.
Q: When will my package ship?
A: All orders within the USA ship via the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. All shipping prices include delivery confirmation and tracking for all purchases. All international orders ship via International USPS. Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, most within 48-72 hours, but please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days to process your order. If you need to have your package delivered quickly, your order may be expedited at an additional cost. Please make every effort to use your current shipping address during checkout.
Q: Is insurance available for packages?
A: Insurance for all packages is available per request. If you would like to insure your package, message us prior to your purchase. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of the products offered, all sales are final, returns are not accepted. Orders are processed quickly, no order cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
