Q: What type of ingredients do you use to make your products?

A: We believe in quality over quantity. We use natural ingredients and ethically sourced materials in all of our handcrafted products. Many of the items we offer are made to order and all are infused with high vibrational energy and intention. 

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: If you are interested in carrying some of The Witch's Guide products in your physical brick and mortar store, please complete the wholesale application. Wholesale pricing and timelines are available once your application has been reviewed.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?

A: Not at this time. Subject to change. Contact us if you have questions.

Q: When will my package ship?

A: All orders within the USA ship via the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. All shipping prices include delivery confirmation and tracking for all purchases. All international orders ship via International USPS. Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, most within 48-72 hours, but please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days to process your order. If you need to have your package delivered quickly, your order may be expedited at an additional cost. Please make every effort to use your current shipping address during checkout. 

Q: Is insurance available for packages?

A: Insurance for all packages is available per request. If you would like to insure your package, message us prior to your purchase. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping? 

A: Expedited shipping is offered on a case by case basis. Contact us before placing your order. 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Due to the nature of the products offered, all sales are final, returns are not accepted.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations received after 24 hours of placing your order cannot be honored. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Q: I emailed you, when will I receive a reply?

A: Every effort is made to respond to all email correspondences within 24-48 hours.

Q: What is your refund policy for courses and services?

We cannot honor refunds for any digital products, courses, and services.

Q: Can I go at my own pace?

Yes, all courses are self-paced.

Q: How long do I have access to the course?

You have lifetime access to all course material.
